What does it cost to sell on Parcelox?
Nothing upfront. No subscription, no listing fees, no hidden charges. We take 10% only when you sell. You keep 90% of every sale. Payouts to MTN MoMo or Orange Money carry no withdrawal fees.
How and when do I get paid?
Each sale enters a 72-hour security hold to protect against disputes. After that, funds become withdrawable to your linked MTN MoMo or Orange Money wallet. Most withdrawals process within minutes.
Who sets my prices?
You do, always. Price in XAF, change anytime. Buyers pay exactly your listed price. We never add hidden fees at checkout. Run sales, offer bundles, experiment freely.
What can I sell on Parcelox?
Digital products you own: ebooks, courses, templates, software, music, photos, design assets, documents, and more. Every product is reviewed before going live to protect buyers. You must own the rights or have proper licenses.
Can I sell from outside Cameroon?
Yes. Payouts currently support MTN MoMo and Orange Money. We are expanding to Wave, M-Pesa and bank transfers across Africa. You can list and sell from anywhere.
Do I need to register a business first?
No. Start as an individual today. You are responsible for declaring your own income according to your country’s tax rules. Many successful sellers on Parcelox operate as individuals.
How long does product review take?
Most products are reviewed within 24 hours during business days. You will receive an email when your product is approved or if changes are needed. Products with clear previews and accurate descriptions get approved faster.
What happens if a buyer requests a refund?
Buyers can open a dispute within 7 days if a product is faulty or misrepresented. Our team reviews every case fairly. If the product does not match the description, we issue a refund. The 72-hour hold ensures funds are available for legitimate refunds.
