Terms of Use.

Parcelox is an online marketplace where independent creators (“sellers”) offer digital products — ebooks, courses, templates, audio, software and similar digital goods — to buyers. Parcelox provides the platform: storefronts, payments, file delivery and support.

Parcelox is not the seller. Every product is sold by the independent creator who listed it. When you buy, your contract is with that seller; Parcelox acts as their commercial agent for payment collection and delivery. This is why product questions, refunds and rights questions go to the seller first — and why we moderate listings carefully.

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to create an account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date — especially your email and payout details.
• One person, one account. Don’t create accounts for others or share your login.
• You’re responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at contact if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that provide false information, engage in fraud, or breach these terms.

What you’re buying

Unless a seller states otherwise on the product page, your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publicly repost the files or your access links. Commercial-use rights only apply if the product description explicitly says so.

Delivery

After payment confirms, your product is delivered instantly — to your Parcelox library and by email. Download links are personal, logged and may expire; you can always re-download from your account.

Refunds

Digital goods are generally final once downloaded — but we keep it fair:

• Defective or misdescribed product (broken file, wrong content, not what the page promised): contact the seller within 14 days; if unresolved, contact us and we’ll step in.
• Change of mind after a successful download isn’t refundable — please read descriptions and use previews before buying.
• Abusing refunds or payment disputes (chargebacks after receiving goods) leads to account closure.

Your responsibilities

• You own or control all rights to everything you list. No pirated courses, cracked software, copied ebooks or content you didn’t create or license.
• Describe products accurately — no misleading claims, previews or fake reviews.
• Deliver what the page promises, and keep files free of malware.
• You’re responsible for your own taxes on your earnings, under the laws of your country.

Listing review

Products go live after a quick human review. We may refuse, edit or remove any listing that breaks these terms, and repeat offenders lose their store. This keeps the marketplace trustworthy for everyone.

Prohibited products

Illegal content, malware or spam tools, stolen or pirated material, counterfeit credentials, and anything infringing someone’s intellectual property.

Prices & fees

Prices are set by sellers in CFA francs (XAF) and shown before you pay — the checkout total is exactly the list price. For sellers: Parcelox keeps 10% of each sale; you keep 90%. No subscription, no listing fees, no withdrawal fees.

How sellers get paid

• Parcelox collects buyer payments on the seller’s behalf and credits the seller’s balance.
• Each sale enters a 72-hour security hold (protection against fraud and refunds), then becomes withdrawable.
• Withdrawals go to the seller’s registered mobile money or bank details, on a regular payout schedule shown in the dashboard.
• Payouts are only made to payment details registered to the same person as the account.

Sellers keep 100% ownership of their work. By listing a product, you grant Parcelox a non-exclusive license to host, store, deliver and reasonably market that content on the platform. You can remove your products at any time (already-sold copies remain with those buyers under their license).

Copyright complaints

We respect intellectual property. If you believe a listing infringes your rights, use the report option on the product page or contact us with proof of ownership. Valid complaints result in removal within 48 hours; repeat infringers are banned. If your content was removed by mistake, you can appeal with evidence of your rights.

• No fraud, fake accounts, self-purchases to farm reviews, or review manipulation — reviews come from verified purchases only.
• Don’t share your download links publicly, scrape the site, or try to bypass file protection.
• Don’t use Parcelox to harm buyers, sellers or the platform — including spam, phishing or abusive messages.

Parcelox provides the platform “as is”. We work hard to keep it secure and available, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Products are the sellers’ responsibility; where liability can’t be excluded by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid (or, for sellers, the commissions we earned) in the 3 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify Parcelox against claims arising from your content or your breach of these terms. We may update these terms as the platform grows — material changes get notice by email or on this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon; disputes go to the competent courts of Cameroon.
