  • If any work has already been initiated (such as research, campaign setup, or website design), a prorated refund may be issued based on the level of completion.
  • Full refunds are not available once significant progress has been made on the project or after final delivery of services.

1.2. Identification Document Services

  • Due to the nature of document consultancy, refunds are not available once your application process has started or documents have been submitted for review.
  • If Parcelox fails to deliver on any agreed-upon deliverables, partial refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

1.3. Tutoring and Social Media Marketing Services

  • Refunds are available for cancellations made within 24 hours before the scheduled tutoring or marketing session.
  • No refunds are available for completed tutoring sessions or social media marketing campaigns already executed.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Any completed work that has been delivered to the client.
  • Any service marked as “final” or “delivered” where no refund request was made during the review phase.
  • Services initiated after the client’s approval, including SEO and WordPress development milestones that have been signed off.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial purchase. It may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. Cancellations

If you need to cancel any services, such as recurring SEO or subscription-based services, you must provide a 30-day notice. Failure to provide notice may result in charges for the upcoming month.
