Seller Terms.
The agreement between you and Parcelox when you open a store. It covers the money, the content and the trust — read it before your first sale.
Last updated: September 20261. The relationship
Independent creator, not employeeWhen you open a Parcelox store, you sell as an independent seller. You’re not an employee, agent (beyond the limited payment collection below), partner or franchisee of Parcelox. You run your products, your prices and your buyers.
You appoint Parcelox as your limited commercial agent to: display your products, collect payments from buyers on your behalf, deliver files, and remit your earnings after commission. The buyer’s contract is with you — you remain responsible for what you sell and how you support your buyers.
2. Your store
Eligibility and responsibility- You must be 18+ and provide accurate identity, contact and payout information. Payouts go only to payment details registered in your own name.
- One person, one store. Store names must not infringe trademarks or pretend to be another brand.
- Keep your store information, product files and payout details current. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
- Store approval: registering starts your store; each product goes live after our review (section 3). We may decline or revoke a store that misrepresents itself.
3. Products & review
What you may sell, and how it goes liveYour warrant, on every product
- You own or control all rights (copyright, trademark, license) to the content and files you list.
- Your files are free of malware and function as described.
- Your description, previews and claims are accurate and not misleading.
Review process
Every product passes a human review before going public: rights check, file scan, description quality. We may reject, unpublish or remove any product — and repeated violations end your store. Prohibited: pirated or scraped content, cracked software, counterfeit documents, illegal material, and anything you lack rights to sell.
Why we’re strict: one pirated course hurts every honest seller on Parcelox. Review protects the marketplace — and your earnings.
4. Money & payouts
The exact arithmetic- You set your prices in XAF. Buyers pay exactly that amount — never more.
- Commission: Parcelox keeps 10% of each sale; 90% is credited to your balance. No subscription, no listing fees, no withdrawal fees.
- 72-hour hold: each sale’s proceeds become withdrawable 72 hours after the order completes — protection against fraud and refunds.
- Payouts: you request a withdrawal from your dashboard to your registered mobile money or bank details, processed on the schedule shown in the dashboard. First withdrawals may include a manual review.
- Taxes: your earnings are yours to declare. You’re responsible for taxes in your country; we may provide reports to help.
- If a sale is reversed (refund, chargeback, fraud), the corresponding amount is deducted from your balance — including from pending withdrawals.
5. Refunds & reserves
When buyers get money backBuyers receive a refund when a product is defective, misdescribed or undelivered — you’ll be asked to resolve it first; Parcelox makes the final call to protect buyers. Refunded amounts (and any associated payment disputes) are charged back to your balance.
To cover refund and chargeback exposure, we may apply a temporary reserve (a percentage of your balance held for up to 30 days) or delay payouts where risk indicators appear — velocity spikes, disputes, or payout-detail changes. Reserves are released automatically when the risk window passes.
6. Rights & license
You keep your work; we host itYou retain 100% ownership of your content. By listing a product you grant Parcelox a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce (for delivery), and reasonably market your products on and for the platform. This license ends when you remove the product, except for copies already sold to buyers under their licenses.
If someone reports your product for infringement, we remove it pending resolution (see the main Terms of Use). False reports are reversible with proof of rights; proven infringers lose their store.
7. Fair selling
What gets stores closed- No self-purchases, review farming, or asking friends to leave ratings. Reviews come from verified purchases only.
- No moving buyers off-platform to dodge commission on sales that started on Parcelox.
- No spam listings, keyword stuffing, or misleading previews.
- No circumventing file protection or sharing buyer personal data.
8. Suspension & law
How it ends, and which law appliesWe may suspend or close stores for violations of these terms, fraud, or risk to buyers — with payout of legitimate earned balances (minus reversals and reserves) after review. You can close your store anytime from your dashboard; already-sold licenses survive.
You indemnify Parcelox against claims arising from your products, your content, or your breach of these terms. Where liability can’t be excluded, our liability to you is limited to the commissions we earned from your sales in the 3 months preceding the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon; disputes go to its competent courts. Questions? Contact us.
